  On November 24, I purchased a promotion for three classes for $5.00. The following day I received a call from an associate who was eager for me to enroll into a class. I advised that I would call back after I spoke to my friends, because we were planning on participating in a class together. On Monday, December 4, 2017 at 8:05 and spoke to just who advised me that I was enrolled into the 6:30 class for Wednesday December 6, 2017. I live in eastern Henrico County, in Richmond Virginia and I drove 37 minutes and paid three tolls to be turned away by the manager Mara Winter. Apparently, Justin didn’t book me like he said and the only note that was in the system was from the initial call to enroll. I begged and pleaded to start class that day, but Mara explained that the first class is important and that I would need special attention to learn all the techniques. After being super excited thinking I would be taking a class, I decided to receive a refund. Mara the manager advised that I would receive a refund within two to three business days. I sent an email and called on December 8, 2017 and spoke to Katy, who advised me that she would inform Mara of my call and would send an urgent email in regards to my refund. I still have yet to receive my refund and as of today December 11, 2017, I sent a second email to Mara with no response. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth for this company and I would never deal with them ever again! All I want is my refund; which isn’t too much to ask and it’s not like I’m asking for gas money; which I should also receive to be gracious, since I traveled so far away. I wouldn’t recommend going to the 5203 Commonwealth Centre Pwky, Midlothian , VA 23112 location, because they are incompetent and have poor customer service skills. If you ever book a class, I would double check that you are scheduled, because Justin doesn’t know how to be a secretary which is a damn shame.
