  I came in several years ago and requested a "sandy blonde" color. The colorist dyed my hair DARK BROWN. Before she began, I showed a photo of the desired hair color so I still have NO idea how she ended up with brown. I paid $70+ for ruined hair. It took a lot of bleaching to get it back to blonde. That was 7 years ago and I haven't had my hair dyed professionally since.
